Request an Article or Other Resource
If we don't have the article or book you need here, we can usually get it for you from another library or offsite storage. Just place a request and we'll get it for you as quickly as possible (usually within a couple of days).
Get it Yourself
If another library in the area has the book you need, it may be more convenient to visit that library than to wait for us to get it for you. Most libraries are happy to have unaffiliated users visit and use their materials locally (including photocopying an article or chapter). UVM has special relationships with St. Michael's and Champlain Colleges to allow students and faculty to check out books.
Note: Before visiting another library, we suggest you contact them directly to check their current policies.
